One of the worst Airlines in the world and the worst in India. As a company, it is still under Ministry of Civil Aviation. Company policy and procedures are all government company style but when it comes to Employees related its Management behave like Dictators. No common rules. Rules differ for every employees. No increment, no passage tickets, no job security, no job satisfaction, no work life balance and your skills will deplete if you work in this company culture. For temporary salary requirement one can work here else this company is a bottom less well. All this is just only because of its management of higher officials. I have mentioned it in the like column. No amenities for employees, even no coffee machine and you can have tea or coffee only twice a day. No cafeteria, no place to wash your lunchbox, most importantly neither soap nor washing powder nor cleaning brush is available for cleaning, no one cleans the office table, no Air Conditioning, and internet facility has never been so worse even in remote villages than in its offices. Teammates are supportive Job security is zero,work culture is satisfactory, Management is not transparent, & Company policy is worse.

There is a lot of politics & the Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is is slow there is a 2 year bond or fixed term employment before which you will fire due to politics.

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session for your job.they give training on compulsory requirement of DGCA.
