it is better to work for u r own than working here

there is no work culture ,less man power need to four people work even from sweeping to cleaning , no proper touring allowance will be provided ,no work recognition for increment raise u need beg boss ,when u join u have to give bond for 3 to 5 years there will be no decent salary for fresher if your are an experienced candidate if u r salary is decent the u r not considered no health card is provided if u get sick that is your head ache to get treated and join back . it is labor work even there work is better they come by time leave by time with good amount daily like 1000 as a fresher it will be like 300 to 500 .think 10 time to join in these company...Read More

I have worked with AMSL past 2.7 yet as and I have always wanted to leave the company as there is nothing to love about the job. It was suffocating.

Dislikes

Compensation is worth, and growth is slow very slow. The work pressure is very high. Worst company to work for.
