You need to ping and call and write emails for your allowance. For example night shift. They are really bad at it.

They just only hire for their client and never try to understand the challenges that the employee is facing where he/she is employed. They don’t have a learning and development program and never try to get time to discuss for increment and promotions. They have any overtime or miscellaneous work done payment policies.
