If they forced to sit late they are also providing options to leave early if you have genuine reasons, but be ready to sit late night on coming days..😁

No work life balance, they call anytime either midnight or early mornings, no leaves.Office hrs defined but who care for that, have to sit atleast 12 hrs or more.Peoples who are doing buttering only getting promotions and other benifits.
