Job security, Permanent WFH, Mature Management who listens to your problems and get them resolved, gifts on birthday and festival to make you feel special.

From the very 1st day they'll assign you with a Project manager and a HR who listens to your problems and get them resolved. I personally faced one issue with tax and when I consulted with my respective HR member, then she resolved the issue in a day. They have great projects with long term associations, so if your projects ends then you'll be aligned to another project in a week time. Salary structure is also good, and as they do not have any deduction, you'll receive the salary you've been promised on the day of your joining. I am working on a long term UK project and it's running for almost 3 years now and will continue for long. Its a fintech company and they work on 5 day pattern. You'll get all Indian holidays and work timing is also flexible.

This is my 4th company and I joined this during pandemic as they provide permanent work from home. When I joined it the HR was very polite and they policies are very transparent. There are no salary deduction and hence there is no confusion between the CTC and in hand salary, which I like the most. I've also received my 1st increment and as per the company standards I am happy with it. They also have good clients to work with along with challenging projects that helps you to grow well in your career.
