The office seems good, but people here will only respect and credit you if you follow all rules perfectly. Since you leave here by 5:30, you can balance work withyour personal life. 90% staff is women, they dont prefer hiring men.

Dislikes

Too much paper and manual work in every process. People are way too bitter, its better if you maintain distance. This is like a government job but without the benefits. If you come to work after9:05am, they will mark you half day for it. They pay you for your time and not for your service. Personally there is no growth because everybody is above 40 years and they have a very parochial mindset. Personally its a no-no....Read More
