Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling..

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base. Another plus point is that my colleague come from verious cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee in this company.

Dislikes

1st is no any dislike about working in this computer but There is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step. Which is a pain sometimes. I have to take back my suggestion most of the time.
