No benefits Politics HR policies are worst-especially with attendance No job security No mental peace No encouragement from management. No budget for maintenance Lot of problems due to management. Or else it used to be a good one few years back.

Very terrible work and quality culture. No job security,too much of politics and lot of groups within company. HR policies not okay, 24×7 work pressure. Practices are horrible. Sr management does not support only pressing.
