* No pf and employee benefits. * Working for 7 days a week is not enough for them. * Don't have any seniors to guide us. * Treating developers like a puppet. * They even blame us for their mistakes. * They give 1 day leave allowance for every month.but don't give permission to take it at all. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
