managers' are too focused on getting into managments backside that they alter anything and evertyhing that could work good for employees

too many things are not working for these guys. they track perople like resources that should quantify their work by the number of keystrokes hit in a day.

This is the worst company ever, don't even think of getting interviewed, hr department is full of liars and non-reliable A-holes, i would specially like to mention Ankita Sunil kumar, I don't who smoked what before appoiting her as an hr/salary negotiator, she is highly unprofessional probably illiterate, wasted ao much time of mineand a few of referrals in the company, the company representatives are so ill mannered and unprofessional that they will claim that they can provide you a certain amount as a payout but when the final decsions has to be taken they loe to you again and just to maintain their "parity" they will reject your candidature saying they now can offer a lakh less from what they initially confirmed and accepted you for, but would not have enough guts to convey that over call or email, wated so much time and energy with this sh**-bags, refrain from going there...Read More

Work life balance is good. There's a culture of WFH in this company which is respected by everyone. As part of Cyber Security team I feel empowered to make decisions which aligns with organizational objectives.

Skill upgradation and appraisals are average however that gives you a sense of job security.

My skills was developed day by day after when i was joined in Alight. For freshers it would be a great experience to learn everything. Overall such good atmosphere to work.
