It is an honor to work with people with such great ideology and great intellect. I like the idea our own testing tool which has enhanced and simplified the software testing with an much speed and has made possible " Anybody can Automate testing ". And I like the positive working environment in my organization which made usfeel like a family and encourages us to work.

Dislikes

Time Shifts. There should be flexibility of 1 hours in time shifts.

Micro management and worst is tracking your location every hour as if the management has no trust in thier employees which is very irritating at times .
