Good job culture and work life balance fascinates to grab a job in this company. Got to explore many technologies like Dreamweaver, flash etc to make the design more comfortable. Overall satisfied in terms of technical training.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
