Likes

I have developed my skills such as proficiency in Java and C++, also object-oriented design skills. They will get the benefit of apprenticeship programs on various modules and give a platform for work on new technologies as well.

The company has large campus with hardworking employees. The environment is pretty good and seniors here are very supportive and motivating. Fresher can gain technical knowledge over there. They provides various modules to learn new technologies.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
