Very good and professional work culture. Well you will get a lot of exposure to many new technologies. Management is also good, and they provide lots of beneficial policies like work from home and flexible work hours.

Dislikes

Nothing much to share at this time, they maintain the company standards.

I had a great team and I enjoyed working with my Manager and the leadership team. You are always motivated and appreciated for the work you do

Dislikes

No work life balance, tight deadlines which translates to working on weekends too. Business development team is not that great and job security is an issue. I also feel managers are inclined and biased to certain people in the team

Work is really exciting in pharma CI team, lot of international travel

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
