Dislikes

You will find most of folks who works for more than 5 years but unable to understand there own products. Just Filling Movex Hours and make safer there Job. Those who are masters in domain will not share there knowledge easily always showcase how much busy they are. Upper manegemt not having clear road map for team, they ask same things to inviditual contributors. Those (Managers/ Leadrs) whos hours booking is 50% pressurise team mates to achieve hours booking tagets. BU managers may pressures optimising process without providing sufficient time. Managers are those who will not get jobs from outsides and stay within organisation for long time. You will find saturated folks works only for retirement without Job/ future ambitions. Everyone is trying to teach each others as they may not followed same but expect that everyone should have to adopt it....Read More
