IT IS VERY GOOD COMPANY, BUT U WANT TO LEARN AND DEVELOP YOUR SKILLS IT SHOULD NOT WORK HERE. THE WORK CULTURE MAKE YOU LAZY & YOU WILL BE IN THE COMFORT ZONE. HERE PRAMOTIONS ARE NOT THERE ONLY IF SOMEONE LEAVE JOB FROM YOUR UPPER POSITION THEN YOU WILL APPLY TO THAT POSITION AND CRACK INTERVIEW THEY YOU WILL GET THAT POSITION. IT IS HORIZONTAL ORGAISATION, IF YOU JOIN AS GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE DONT TRUST THAT THIS COMPANY WILL ABSORBED YOU, AFTER 6 MONTHS START SEARCHING, OTHER WISE YOU WILL BE IN TROBLE IN LAST MONTHS OF YOUR TRAINING PERIOD, YOU CAN APPLY INTERNAL VACANCY IN ALFA LAVAL BUT THE MY EXPERIENCE IS VERY BAD I APPLIED GIVEN INTERVIEWS BUT AFTER THAT WE DONT RECEVIED ANY MAIL/COMMUNICATION FROM HR THAT THE VACANCY IS FILLED OR NOT THEY DIDNOT SHARE ANY FEEDBACK....Read More
