Had great experience to deal with process industry customer. Supportive teammates. Policies such as travel allowance, heath insurance, safety are some thumb up parameters.

Dislikes

Management expect something extraordinary, Work life balance is beautiful mirage. Most of teammates are stressed out but unable to do anything looking at deposit receipts on month end. New joiner do not get proper training instead management expects best performance in no time. Negative politics - few people do it but impact is on larger scale.

No team work. Politics is there. Few managers are frustrated themselves if they don't perform well and put pressure on subordinates. Not many opportunities to grow as less hierarchy levels are there in Sales Organization.

Top management is good but is completely unaware about how toxic the middle management & working people, I would recommend Alfa Laval Culture team people should introspect into Satara Site specifically. It is good only if you are joining at very senior position, otherwise they will rot you mentally.

Among Alfa Laval, Satara site is the most depressing one, I have worked in many companies but here culture is intensely dreary. Company's toxic work environment particular among order handlers and their internal politics has significantly hampered me mentally, its torturious & significantly affects ones productivity and morale. Theycannot simply see you doing good. Simply cannot see juniors going ahead. If you are bright and innocent this factory will systematically turn you into a donkey rotting your brain.
