Worst company ever think twice before you join

Upper management treat employees like slave. They use freshers for 6 month probation later remove them without thinking. No matter how hard you work you will be fired after 6 month. Employees Open your eyes and try to have safe and secured job. Management is very cruel.

Management is highly unprofessional . No learning when it comes to technical side. Poor policies. They use to make false commitments regarding hikes and variables just to make you join them. This company is Highly not recommended!

The global team and their professionalism. The office is nice.

Unfortunately group management is not much bothered about the culture in India. No collaboration among sales, manufacturing and engineering. Managing Director himself is involved in official gossiping about other people, is rude and discriminate people based on the region. The culture is insecure. Everybody here is running for saving the skin. No feedom to act.
