Nothing worthwhile. There's no job security first of all. They hired a lot of people in the name of projects. But as their earlier projects failed wherein they had invested approximately 1200 crores of public money, but couldn't materialize the same, so they started firing people to hide it. Bunch of terrible people who find scapegoats to hide their failures. Without any consideration for the employees they have sacked them randomly. They make fun of your helplessness when you approach them. I have seen people pleading and crying as they have children who are studying, elderly parents to support and loans to pay but they didn't budge and removed them from their jobs. Such companies must cease to exist. My advice to all who have been approached by thus company is to avoid it at all costs. The senior management is making merry at the cost of the overall staff. See their Annual report and look at the payment of the MD, ED and chairman. Despite going through crisis they have not reduced their take home. So humble appeal to all.
