Very good company and one of the oldest company of India and good place to work for long-term period.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent growth is very slow Managers do not value his subordinates

Very challenging and need to keep 100%efforts

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
