Infrastructure of the office, the policies are employee centric.

Dislikes

Middle management doesn't understand boundaries. They call youbon your day off. Team lunches ( team building) planned in week off. Employees are criticised for taking planned leave when they have so much leave balance that it would expire. No option of remote job, not because the tasm cannot be performed at home but because the people of the leadership team are too old to accept new ways.

Senior manager and head behaviour like lala chap company, no job security hr department not exist, after probation there would be chances you will not get permanent job

Developer are Good and hard working !

Dislikes

Work life balence ! Micro Management Don't have good architecture For Data Health project ! They will ask you to join 5 calls on an average . Two them are daily standup calls . Stand up calls takes 1. 5 hours of your time daily . They don't understand what standup call meant for . Many times they will try to short out issues inthe calls . Good starting package. Work life balance. Good leave structure and policy. Cab facility for 1000₹

Dislikes

Too much of Favouritism. Managers are unprofessional and take things personally. Worst appraisals. Some Managers don't even give credit of your efforts while other managers will shower you with appreciation for no reason 😁.
