Managers need a talking toy. If you do not fit they will hunt you like vultures until they take your job. Even after ethics complaint no action was taken and no answers been given to you for the investigation. The HR policy is the worst, no1 bothers to reply you. The TL's will pressurized you so much, you ended up being bed ridden. It was a pathetic organization with no job security or self value.

Manager's doubt faced drama. The real politics that I faced ever in my lifetime after all with 6 years of work experience . My batch out of 6 people 3 left with 3 months 😄 . My team leaders are great actors their suitable platform is not in Alcon but in cinema. Their mental torture would be like till your LWD you would never let people know why are you actually leaving the company . You will be manipulated in such a way in a professional blackmail with zero proofs ! Even if you sneeze they il document it in such a manner later when u stand against them to throw on u . They il all do with your knowledge so they they can break your strength as a first Target later they il exaggerate your tiny mistakes in process that too during probation 🤦 . Why do they do it ??? 🤔 After long homework I got to know he did that to with a personal vengeance that happened in one of our unofficial trip plan . How shameful it is . He and his patner would be very cautious in their moves they make sure they are in the rule book but at the same time the same time they create such a worst circumstance under their so that even though u (employee) lack on something you would 'nt be able to make it . Bcz you are already in suisidal mode thinking that they job is important but you caught in demons hand ! All above comment are real and true to my knowledge and bad experience . Team leads Rajinder and Fairoz are vultures.. they suck all the happiness from ur life if u dont dance to their tunes.. Unfortunately management cant do anything about both of them.. they need to leave if not people are suffering and will suffer..
