The organization uses a rating method to grade employees and while employee's individual performance is the key deciding factor for salary hikes, department performance as well as Company's overall performance also influence the appraisal percentages for the year. To counter exceptional skews, if any, we also work out salary-corrections to bring employees at par with industry standards for that role. Would also like to add that with no standardization in the way Comp & Bens are being offered in the industry today, it has become difficult to set a right number for any role.
