The pathetic lady who leads the content department ,she thinks she owned not only the content department but the whole company. Ugly by behaviour and attitude. She has only 5% of TL access and rest 95% work done by the team supervisor as she ordered because she hasn’t knowledge about anything except her flirt nature towards guys in team and ill behaviour against every girl in her team. Always favourism and kind with boys. If somebody raise voice against her either that person thrown out of the office ,or it will impact their appraisal and after so many complaints of her even the management aware about her behaviour , people are still tolerating there in team. It is okay when she laugh hard with her favourite guys while working , she wants nobody can dare to say anything when she does anything but by mistakenly if any other just laugh or starts talking with themselves. She started poking and taunting that specifically person. The motive is to keep guys in her hand or give good increment just to know about other mates in team what is going in their life. I have learnt a lot in my 3 years with the organization. Ample opportunities for someone who wants to make a career in the ecommerce industry. Work culture is good. Office environment is good. People respect each other. 5 day work week. Finally we have good options outside of software industry as well.

No job security I was selected in this company as Accounts executive but they were not giving me training for accounts instead they were giving me Operation training and after 9 days of work on 10th day HR ringed me and told me don't come we're discontinuing with you.. Even a day prior they'd ensured me they'll give me 1 month and then see my performance but they didn't.. If you can't trust your employees why do you run such company. I don't find this company suitable for someone with a growth mindset. Additionally it has too much internal politics and favouritism. Additionally, there is no learning opportunity. You would be stuck in a mundane task.

I have been working at Alacrity E-commerce Solution Pvt.ltd from last 6 years. Working here has enhanced my overall skills and recently we got Coursera scholarship where I have enrolled to 3 Google certification courses. Work environment here is very pleasant and good ideas are always appreciated by the Seniors/Team/Management.
