The owners of the company are excellent by encouraging training and to get the company work in an professional manner.

Dislikes

The Directors, contract manager operate under the instructions of Foremen. They hesitate to take suggestion from site management. For their survival they operate in an unprofessional manner. On overall worth working to gain good knowledge due to the professionalism and encouragement for training courses by CEO only.
