Decent accommodation and food for staffs above engineer level. Ability of the company to handle huge projects.

Dislikes

'Foreman' driving company. Internal politics among Indian staffs. Worst facilities for staffs in root level (Mason, helper). Recognition for effort ( appreciation, increment and promotion chance) is unclear.
