The Company is Good, But the people working there such irrespecutful, imbecile, boasters and many more... I was working in Doha, Managers use to visit Qatar just to stay in hotels, go to bars and enjoy. In my tenure of 1.5 years two GM resigned the company because of politics. Worst work culture. Job security ? That doesn’t exists in their dictionary. Worst company policies, i joined this company the second time with dreams which was shattered in pieces. Their policy is to hire and then fire without reason. If any of you even wish to join the company dont expect anything, they will make you work like donkey and make you work in any department in any position they want to fill the vacant position regardless of you designation/education, dont be ambitious stay until you have your pockets filled and get some experience. Don’t expect anything, But always prefer this company as your last option to go with....Read More
