I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

No proper salaries, no medical facility for worker as everyone is unsafe their and even if you try to talk to anybody from management they will cut your salary. They don't even provide proper food for their employees and they treat them like animals. Especially people like their production manager, worst person when it comes to value other human as he thinks he can cut your salaries if you try to speak to him!!!! Everything!!!! Especially people who are in management, there is one person who's name is Basar who is production manager, he cut salaries of employee just for talking to him directly or walking to his office or standing exhausted while working. No proper food for employees and no medical facilities, they treat humans as dogs or more worst than that!!!! Don't even join if you want career growth!!!
