Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There is no OT for site engineers Site engineers they are working extra time than other engineers while during urgent works . And more over I am not mentioning all some of the person from other depts they are simply putting their work in to site engineers head
