As I was work in AL Naba Contracting Company, overall is good company, best thing is that always look at quality and safety procedures, Which is most important thing for all workers, environment, contractors and clients. Always assigned best teams for work and training. Yes there were issue for bonus and increment for that many people or personally I wasn't satisfied. There is no job security because it's a private c and they have right to keep you or kick you out if there is no project or have less work, Yes it's true if you are having good experience and your performance is best and your qualifications match for higher level without any doubt you can get that post. Head office management is not perfect they only looking what owner says, never explain wrong or right about the workers performance and ability, Second thing if you have sources you can get good increment, Vacation or bonus, If you don't have you can't..

Personally I have very good experience with Al-Naba Contracting Company, I was start work as safety officer then site HSE superior, Safety coordinator, site HSE Manager, then other projects as site safety supervisor and site HSE in charge of the project,

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

It was a good work environment & culture. Company policies were not fair, salaries also were not fair , even the increment as well as bonus. Teammates were supportive but not the management.

Dislikes

2 year agreement are killer and between this period if you want to visit home for any emergency issue you have to chew nuts & management lacks supportive nature.

My work life here was very interesting as I got the opportunity to work with different nationalities and even got respected by them.
