Al-Jazirah is having a very bad working environment. Employee harassment is more. There will not be any career graeth. Salary pay is punctual however salary structure is not good. The only good thing in Al-Jazirah is, its a good place to learn work.

Very bad working environment. More personal harassment from Project Manager. Poor career growth and slow salary growth. If you are getting good opportunity and you are resigning, company will hold you for a while even if the notice period is 1 month. There is no written HR policy person to person policies will change. I will not suggest for an experienced employees. But good for freshers to learn work....Read More
