As Head of Sales, I had the freedom to implement a new structure within the sales team & develop the distribution channel for the parts business.

Very short term vision since there are frequent changes at the top. Management is totally in-transparent and insensitive to the people working. Recognition of people is bad and career growth is stagnant. The company has taken a stance to limit its exposure in its own market and play safe thereby allowing competition to make inroads into its own markets.

I was responsible for the overall parts business of spare parts for both domestic and international operation, my work and life balance was very good and challenging until when came a new structure which pulled down the morale of the team and individual.
