I wish i could write anything good about this company. It was a good company a couple of years back.Used to pay good incentives, salaries were on time, had a lot of prestigious projects. But now there is not a single thing from above mentioned qualities to be proud of being a part of this company

The worst thing is salary delay . There is currently a salary delay of 3 months. There are no incentives, no salary hikes, and top of that total partiality towards Arabic staff. They don't even come out of their offices, sit and smoke inside all the time. Even a person who ranks higher and is of different origin, has got no respect or power here. No work culture at all. The Arabic managers / senior staffs take the company vehicle for their own personal works, while those who are at site are forced to take taxi to go back to accommodation....Read More

Work Details

I was hired as a Technical coordinator, supposed to work in Technical Coordination department, but have been made to work as a site engineer. Same is the scene with others who were hired in this post, with no salary for 3 months.
