The work environment is neutral. Owners of the company are way back from modern company management theories and strategies. Working there is a waste of time.

Dislikes

No vision, plan, or strategy for the head management in the long or even short run. Rules and regulations are arbitrary and may change every day. Employee turnover very high. Job security is zero. No training. Longer working hours without compensation. No appreciation whatsoever.
