Good working environment and culture. Team is supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good.

As we all know, corona pandemic outbreak is all over world. In this situation, employee and employer has to support each other but here in company salary is not provided to employee if he is quarantine. In my view AKUMS pharma is big group that they should provide atleast basic salary to employee during this critical situation as maximum employee has only one source of income.
