The Brand part is good,hence few of the professionals had joined to explore their possibilities....Have had few friends and gained the knowledge of the Industry.

Over all the work culture is not up to the mark. End of the day its all about One Man Show.The worst part is the Full & Final settlement will never happen to any of the mid management and above.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
