Good work environment and culture. Teammates are and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I am proud to working in Loard Krishna's Orgnation and work to social services to food provided to govt school children's and make smiles on it faces so i fell happy to work with The Akshayapatra Foundation. Salary is good and credit on time, Hr sir is very good and cooperative, always stand with all employee

I have been working in this Institution since 14 years now, related to subject above I am sharing my own experience here, being a loyal employee there is a thing which I really dislike. There are no fix parameters of growth, everything is so uncertain. Nobody knows what exactly one can do to get growth in career.
