Its a big Sales and After Sales dealership of Mercedes Benz in Bangalore.

Growth is slow. For the last 3 years, there is no appraisal given to us. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day as I have to complete my daily works apart from attending customers and meeting their requirements. Managers do not value individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my customers, but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers....Read More

It's quite a good place to develop your skills but not a great place to practice whatever you have learned, they don't care about experience or any amount of knowledge you have so you have to whatever they tell you if you're hired as a technician.

Compensation is decent , growth is slow , work pressure I high , working on Sundays also !
