It's quite a good place to develop your skills but not a great place to practice whatever you have learned, they don't care about experience or any amount of knowledge you have so you have to whatever they tell you if you're hired as a technician.

Its a big Sales and After Sales dealership of Mercedes Benz in Bangalore.

Growth is slow. For the last 3 years, there is no appraisal given to us. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day as I have to complete my daily works apart from attending customers and meeting their requirements. Managers do not value individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my customers, but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers.

Akshaya Motors Holds high value in the Market , Due to inefficient General manager the Team is getting demotivated An GM should not play an blame game it is an respected organization which has given responsibility to drive the Team not to play an blame game , Always Gm should know how to handle people management, AM should have matured enough GM, GM should listen to the team when they approach for an solution in critical problems and it is very important, As a Mercedes dealership request AM to choose an GM who is Dynamic,People management,Business management and drives the Team as per Mercedes standards and should be an roll model to the team
