Growth is slow. For the last 3 years, there is no appraisal given to us. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day as I have to complete my daily works apart from attending customers and meeting their requirements. Managers do not value individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.
