Good work environment and culture. The management is transparent and employees friendly. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and allowances every year, and the teammates are more supportive. I am so happy to working with akshaya

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.Some time the Management doesn't address our issues.
