No Team support, Too many managers with multiple expectations. No sync in their thoughts especially the partners. Not a frinedly place to work on. Maternity policy is not there. They may ask you to go on leaves instaed of compling with the law.

Very poor experience. Staff full of politics. Lack of delegation of authority and responsibility due to scare of leaving control by managers especially by one of the Manager Manvi. Too much of politics first time seen.

Dislikes

Very bad environment. Ms Manvi one of the manager for keeping maximum hold of the company management does not delegate her work responsibility with other professionals as that would make her less important for the company and tried to get the work done by lower level of employees instead of co professionals. At the same time she isa very good politician by conveying negative image of employees even at the time when she is not delegating the work responsibilities.
