There is zero growth prospects. The organisation believes that the employees owe their lives to them. The faculties are treated badly, and zero respect is shown to the teachers. The pay scales is very less in comparison to the amount of work they demand from the employees. The organisation is rude, harsh and disrespectful towards employees.

It was a a great experience as you get to interact with all kinds of people skilled and unskilled, qualified and unqualified people.

Dislikes

Worst administration. No fixed policy. Pick and choose policy. No time culture. Pay balance not there. Unqualified and unsuitable people paid more than they deserve.
