Multiple job responsibilities assigned to a single person which increase their capacity to work under pressure. Work life will be good if you have any relative in top management.

Poor Environment, terrible boss, abusive language use for employees, no value for employees, mental torture, no holidays and leavs because you have to work from home also on weekend and Holidays. No COF against the weekend and holiday working. At the time of leaving they delay your full and final. Gives negative feedback about you on verification calls. Deduct money from your F&F for illogical things. 45 days notice period you have to serve othervise money will be deducted from your full and final amount but at the time of joining they ask you to join on immediate basis. After yiur notice period they will take 45 more days to give you releaving letter and full and final chaque....Read More
