I personally recommend to join AIS if you you want to be a slave, department head doesn’t even care if any of the team members fall sick, any casulty happens with anyone, either you are already giving your 200%, but not enough for them. A guy with so much ego and bossy nature only he is right not open for ideas, no space for your personal life and well being, forgot your family. No one even dares to challenge the culture everyone is just satisfying the ego of bosses.
