Air works being an MRO in itself is very challenging industry considering the overall aviation size both in India and globally. From tax perspective every day we have new challenges since this entire industry is growing. Culture wise getting support from top management to lead from front execute good processes.

Process of automation is slow.

Work policy: Depending upon the work load being an HOD you have to manage the show. Otherwise as a company they will ask everyone to come to office.
