I experience two good benefit work in this company first one is work environment is good and second is work life balance is better.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but financial growth is slow .the work pressure is very high and Work overload is high so work hours increase. as well as job security policy is not available in this company and travel and food facilities not available .No any work safety policy no any type of training and learning.

My work is slightly challenge as I have 60 up manpower handling and solved man, material, and machine related problems and achieve production goal.

-Work environment is good. -work life balance is good.

Dislikes

I doesn't like some system in this company 1)Job security not available in this company 2)Food and transportation facilities not available 3) work pressure is very high and I have to work 10 to 14 hours in 8 hours shift Time also there no on job training for fresher employees. 4) work system is bad parallel to MNC companys.

Work Details

I take production plan for 5 assembly from production manager and after I write material Requisition slip for required assembly ,also I solve issue man , machine and materials in production assembly and I handling 100 manpower and solve it's problem.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
