Working at APB is a great learning opportunity. Considering that it is a young company you are offered great projects to work on. Despite the fact that I joined here as a fresher and still being the youngest developer in my team, my opinion is valued by all my team members. It is great to see your advice/input being taken by ones manager and actually being implemented and taken into consideration. I love the fact that when I got bored of the similar work, I raised the same to my seniors and was given various different and interesting projects to work on. I love how open everyone is irrespective of their designation. Everyone is approachable and extremely friendly. Also one cannot say enough about the flexible hours here, really appreciate the work life balance. Yes there are important projects that might cut outside your work hours but you will also get projects where you are able to finish your work much earlier and relax for the rest of the day....Read More

Dislikes

There is barely anything to dislike about APB. Everyone has been nice and polite to me. If I had to nitpick, It would be that lazy people do reap the benefits here. But some people see that as a pro rather than a con. But don't worry, hard work doesn't go unnoticed here and a hard worker will always be more appreciated!

I've been working here as a Backend Developer since I joined 1.5 years ago as a fresher. My growth and learning here has been phenomenal. I've worked on various different Payments Platform and have been a part of Payments Tech Team here.
