Airtel Payments Bank Good work culture. Teammates and management is supportive. Huge cafeteria and gaming arcade.

Just the Job security. Work culture is not at all good. 60% of my time is spent in chasing people for the inputs. No value of time and efforts. The only reason why i am working here is because my Manager is very good. APB has a very long way to go in terms of professionalism and creating a good culture.
