The manager in odisha is third grade. You will be downgraded after working with him. Only favorising his old few employees and others can't survive more then 6-7 months . No work life balance and leaves means nothing. Biswajit mohapatra is a 3rd class manager. Work start from 7 AM to 11 pm

These people want you to work 8am to 10pm without caring about anything they mislead people as they'll say it's fine even if you have single account a day but by chance if you are on 58 accounts at the end of the month they'll deduct your salary they'll make you mentally exhausted
